Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD)
An amazing Job opportunity has just opened for a committed RMN or RNLD to work with one of UK's Leading Healthcare Providers within the Psychiatric intensive care unit and the high dependency unit. . We are looking for a passionate and caring individual with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team within a highly reputable service based in West Sussex.
About the service
Located in the beautiful West Sussex this hospital provides a specialist service providing care for people with mental illnesses and/or personality disorders. They have a male acute service, high dependency units for males and females, a female low secure unit, and a specialist personality disorder unit. Our clients support patients with a high level of risk and challenging behaviours including individuals with high risks of self-harming behaviour and people who may require a period of stabilisation achieved through high dependency care or acute care, depending on their diagnosis.
As a nurse, your duties will include:
· You will assist and support staff in the management of our Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) and our High Dependency Units (HDU)
· Making an effective contribution
· Providing high quality care to all patients.
· Undertaking and managing patient care,
· The delivery of care (both individual and group sessions),
· Participating in patient assessments, planning and evaluation.

You must have the following skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this role:

· Evidence and Values Based Practice and Patient Centred Care.
· Excellent team working skills and be highly self-motivated with a flexible approach.
· Registered Mental Health Nursing qualification
· Competed Pre-Registration or Preceptorship
· NMC registration beneficial
· Good understanding of the Mental Health Act
This position is full time (37.5 hours per week) and the successful nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of between £27,824 - £33,153 PA+ £5,000 welcome bonus over 3 years, plus generous benefits in return of all their hard work and commitment. Benefits include:
